Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
- Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Rates: A flat rate of £5.99 applies to UK orders under £50. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard UK shipping. Shipping rates for the EU and the rest of the world will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Additional Shipping Charges: While every effort is made to provide accurate shipping costs at checkout, certain orders may incur additional shipping or handling charges due to factors such as oversized items, multiple deliveries, remote delivery locations, international customs requirements, or other exceptional circumstances. If additional charges are required, we will contact you before dispatch to obtain approval. Should you choose not to proceed, a full refund will be offered.
- Delivery Times: Standard mainland UK delivery is typically 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Issues: If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Please Note: During Charterhouse School holiday periods, processing and shipping times may vary and can take up to 28 days. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.
